MidWinter Festival Vendor Information
The Rangiora Midwinter Festival is a town-wide celebration designed to bring warmth and life to our community during the year’s coldest week. It’s an immersive experience for North Canterbury visitors, featuring a charming token trail that connects businesses and residents through unique winter offerings.
By participating as a vendor, your business becomes a destination in this full evening experience. From retail hotspots to late-night hospitality gems, the festival provides a platform to showcase your brand to a captive, festive audience looking for 'something worth driving for.'
For Retailers
Help us turn Rangiora into a winter destination. To participate, retailers are asked to open late until 8pm on festival Fridays and Saturdays.
- Winter Window Activation: Create a festive display that glows.
- Outdoor Winter Basket: Place a basket of snuggly items or winter essentials outside your door.
- Festival Token Deal: Offer a small treat or discount for those on the Token Trail.

The Token Sticker System
The core of the festival experience is our sticker hunt. This simple system drives foot traffic directly into your business, encouraging visitors to explore new shops and reward their curiosity with festive deals.
The goal is to keep things simple for you while giving visitors a reason to stop and smile inside your business.
